New build, timber framed construction of 22 housing units. The project comprised:-

- 14 x 3 bedroomed properties
- 6 x 4 bedroomed properties
The project included contractor designed elements such as:-
- Structural timber frame
- Upper floors
- Trusses
- Plumbing & Mechanical installations
- Solar Collectors
- Electrical installation
There were extensive site works effected, formation of roads, pavements, open amenity areas and landscaped garden areas.
