Refurbishment and alteration work at Wick Town Hall. The project comprised: external sandstone repairs, repointing of all lime mortar, lime harling to previously cement harled areas, reslating, underpinning, rewiring, installation of a new heating system, installation of a new lift and internal alterations/additions.
During the construction period the adjacent Court House and Assessor’s Office were both occupied, careful consideration was given to public access and unobstructed emergency exit routes.
